- • Freight Pickup : For heavy pallets (800–1,100 kg), we organize a freight pickup with tail lift and pallet truck directly from your property.
- • Return Shipping Costs : For pallet freight, the buyer bears the direct return costs calculated at a fixed rate of 69.00 € incl. VAT per pallet.
- • Defect / Quality Complaint : If wood moisture exceeds 20% or transport damage occurred, pickup and replacement are 100% free.
- • Refund : Within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, using the initial payment method.
Statutory Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GLÜHFORST GmbH, Industrieallee 18, 59065 Hamm (NRW), Germany, Email: kontakt@gluehforst.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We collect freight pallet goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, estimated at a fixed flat rate of 69.00 € incl. VAT per pallet.

All our firewood is kiln-dried strictly under DIN EN ISO 17225-5. Should delivered wood have a core moisture exceeding 20%, we replace your pallet immediately and free of charge or issue a full refund.
