What are the access requirements for delivery trucks?

Unloading is carried out by carrier trucks with hydraulic liftgate and all-terrain pallet truck to the curb or driveway. Access requires paved ground (asphalt, concrete, paving stones) with at least 3m clearance width.

What is the guaranteed moisture content of your firewood?

All our firewood is kiln-dried in computer-controlled drying chambers to strictly under 15% moisture content at core for immediate, clean combustion.

Are the wood pellets officially certified?

Yes, all our pellets are 100% pure softwood, dual-certified ENplus A1 and DINplus, with ultra-low ash content below 0.28%.
